Role: A&D Sales Executive

OVERVIEW

Location: LDN £40k

We’re seeking a confident, organised, and design-passionate Sales Executive to join our London showroom in South Kensington. The ideal candidate will have established contacts within the A&D industry, experience presenting to A&D studios, strong organisational skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently, and excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients. Key Responsibilities

To proactively engage with and seek out new B2B clients within the A&D community, building strong relationships and growing the sales pipeline, while delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the day-to-day operations of the showroom.

A&D Client Relationships
  • Build and manage relationships with interior designers, architects, and specifiers
  • Present product collections and provide personalised client support
  • Manage the full sales process: prospecting, quoting, order closing, invoicing and follow-up
  • Work alongside the wider team to ensure seamless fulfilment and aftercare

Sales and Targets:

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through proactive selling techniques
  • Actively promote the Interior Design service
  • Participate in store events and promotional activities

Showroom Sales & Experience
  • Welcome all clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Offer tailored advice and in-depth product knowledge including materials, finishes, care instructions and certifications.
  • Ensure the showroom reflects our brand and stays visually inspiring
  • Support with events, launches and showroom activations


Requirements

  • Established relationships within the architecture and design (A&D) industry
  • Previous experience in a design showroom, interiors retail or B2B sales role
  • Strong presentation, communication and organisation skills
  • Interest in sustainable and contemporary design
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
