OVERVIEW
Proactive and highly organised Sales Coordinator to join a small, fast-paced team working on design-led interior projects. This is a dynamic role that supports the sales and project management teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of client orders from initial enquiry to final delivery. You’ll act as the connective thread between clients, suppliers, and internal colleagues, ensuring projects run smoothly and maintaining high levels of service throughout.
Support the sales and project teams with quotations, order processing, and general administration
Maintain accurate records of clients, suppliers, and project milestones using internal systems
Liaise with external suppliers to request quotes, confirm lead times, and manage order details
Coordinate deliveries and installations, keeping clients and team members updated throughout
Respond to client queries with professionalism and clear communication
Prepare documentation for invoicing, deliveries, and project completion
Assist in compiling sustainability and materials data for reporting, where relevant
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role (e.g., sales support, operations, customer service, logistics, or office admin)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A confident communicator who can manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with databases or CRM tools is a bonus
A collaborative mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
A keen interest in design, interiors, or architecture
