Role: Junior Sales Executive

OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Junior Sales Executive to support our London showroom team on a part-time basis working 3-4 days a week, including Saturdays. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an interest in retail sales and customer service, eager to develop their skills within a dynamic, design-led environment. If you enjoy engaging with customers, learning about products, and being part of a vibrant showroom, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Support
- Assist in building relationships with retail customers and trade clients
- Support the sales team with client communications and presentations
- Help manage customer accounts, including preparing quotations and processing orders
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer service
Showroom Experience
- Greet and engage visitors, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance
- Learn about our product range, materials, and features to offer helpful advice
- Maintain showroom standards and assist with visual merchandising
- Support showroom events and promotions
- Sales Support & Reporting
- Assist the sales team in achieving store sales targets
- Help track sales activity and update customer records
- Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and showroom performance
Requirements
- Some experience or interest in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a team
- Passion for design and interiors is a plus
