Sales Account Manager
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong interest in design who thrives in a high-energy, relationship-led commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets

Sell exhibitor space and sponsorship packages to new and existing clients

Maintain consistent call rates and KPIs in line with team expectations
-
Manage all aspects of client accounts — pricing, positioning, added value, and partnership development
-
Uphold the high-quality standard of the exhibitor base and overall brand reputation
-
Identify and convert new business leads into long-term clients
-
Work with the wider sales team to forecast revenue and pipeline accurately
-
Represent the business at relevant UK and international design events
-
Travel for in-person client meetings when appropriate
-
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and key players in the design and architecture sector
-
Liaise with operations and production teams to ensure smooth event execution
-
Maintain up-to-date and accurate CRM entries and revenue tracking
-
Contribute creatively to marketing, feature areas, and wider show development
-
Ensure contracts are fulfilled and payments are tracked in collaboration with credit control
-
Support fellow team members in a proactive, open-minded, and enthusiastic manner
Requirements
What You’ll Bring

1–2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in design, events, or creative sectors)

Passion for design, interiors, and visual culture

Confident communicator, both in-person and over the phone

A self-starting, commercially curious approach

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Willingness to travel and meet clients face-to-face
