OVERVIEW

Location: LDN £45k

We are looking for a driven and design-savvy Sales Manager / Account Manager to join a well-established British furniture brand. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for contemporary design, strong relationships within the A&D (architect and design) community, and a proven ability to grow and manage accounts across the UK and internationally.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, specifiers, and furniture dealers.

  • Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

  • Represent the brand at client meetings, trade shows, industry events, and showroom visits.

  • Collaborate closely with the internal design, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s product range, materials, finishes, and custom capabilities.

  • Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and oversee the sales process from initial enquiry to final delivery.

  • Monitor industry trends and client needs to inform product development and strategic direction.

  • Deliver against individual and team sales targets with monthly and quarterly reporting.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2–5+ years’ experience in a sales or account management role within the furniture, interiors, or design industry.

  • Existing network and strong relationships within the A&D and dealer community.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a personable and confident approach.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and commercial mindset.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of drawing packages or specifying tools is a plus.

  • London-based or willing to travel regularly to London and across the UK (some international travel may be required).
