Minotti London, a leading destination for high-end furniture, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Support Intern to join this summer.

Sales Support Internship


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Support Intern to join our team. This is a paid internship offering valuable experience in the luxury furniture and retail sector, with the potential for a longer-term permanent role based on performance and business needs. The successful candidate will provide crucial support to our sales team, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our clientele.


Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team with daily showroom operations and administrative tasks.

- Maintain the showroom appearance, ensuring displays are presentable and organised.

- Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and client proposals.

- Assist with order processing, tracking, and communication with clients regarding their purchases.

- Manage client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.

- Help coordinate deliveries and installations.

- Main responsibility is to maintain fabric and hard sample inventories

- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and managing supplies.

- Undertake any other duties as required to support the sales team and showroom operations.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
