Role: Dealer Account Manager

The company is well regarded in the industry, with a strong product offer and respected brand positioning.

OVERVIEW

Location: LDN £55k

An established, design-led furniture brand is looking for an Account Manager to focus on the UK dealer market, working closely with leading workplace furniture dealers, D&B specialists, and commercial interiors partners. This role is suited to someone who already understands how the UK contract furniture ecosystem operates — someone who has built relationships across dealers and A&D but now wants to focus their energy on growing and managing dealer partnerships. You will join a small, experienced team where communication is direct, standards are high, and people take pride in doing things properly.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key UK dealers, supporting them in winning and delivering projects across workplace, hospitality, and commercial interiors.

The role involves a mix of account management and business development, ensuring the brand is front of mind with dealer partners and specified appropriately within project pipelines.

You will work closely with internal teams, A&D contacts, and dealer sales teams to ensure opportunities are tracked, followed up, and delivered professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop relationships with UK contract furniture dealers
  • Identify and convert new dealer opportunities across workplace and commercial interiors
  • Manage incoming project enquiries and proactively generate pipeline opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with dealer sales teams to support specification and project wins
  • Present products clearly and confidently to commercial partners
  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline tracking
  • Communicate clearly internally and externally throughout the sales process
  • Represent the brand professionally across meetings, showrooms, and industry events
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail across quotations, follow-ups, and project coordination

Requirements

  • Experience selling contract furniture within the UK market
  • Strong existing relationships with furniture dealers or commercial interiors partners
  • Comfortable working with A&D teams but motivated to focus primarily on dealer relationships
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Commercially aware and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Clear communicator who values straightforward, professional working relationships
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable
  • No ego — collaborative mindset and a strict no-dickhead policy

Benefits

  • Based in Clerkenwell
  • 4 days in the showroom / office
  • 1 day working from home
