Role: A&D Sales Manager

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in developing the brand’s presence across London and Dublin.

OVERVIEW

Location: LDN £55k + bonus

Following a strategic expansion of its commercial presence and the launch of a new UK showroom, our well-respected brand client is seeking a driven and strategic A&D Manager to lead and grow their presence across the UK contract market, with a focus on London and Dublin. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced A&D sales professional or Business Development Manager with a strong network and a passion for design-led brands. Working closely with the wider sales and marketing teams, you will shape and deliver a focused yet flexible A&D strategy, strengthening relationships, driving specification, and elevating brand presence within the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the UK A&D strategy and network.
  • Strengthen presence within key A&D practices across London and Dublin.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of project specifications (primarily workplace, with some hospitality).
  • Develop relationships with dealers and end users.
  • Activate and utilise a well-located Clerkenwell showroom as a hub for client engagement and events.
  • Represent the brand through networking, industry events, and external entertaining.
  • Attend international trade fairs, European design weeks, and factory visits.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted presentations and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with major UK A&D or D&B accounts (brand or dealer side).
  • Strong track record in specification sales and managing large tender processes.
  • Confident in hosting presentations, showroom tours, and client meetings.
  • Hands-on, adaptable approach suited to a growing, agile UK team with support from an international HQ.
  • Strong communication skills, an effective storyteller and brand ambassador.
  • Ability to work across strategy, specification, marketing, and communications.
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and confident taking ownership of a role.
  • Passion for design-led businesses, with an understanding of manufacturing quality and brand positioning.
  • Knowledge of sustainability within design, interiors, and the built environment.
  • Basic understanding of 3D modelling tools.
  • Experience with pCon (Planner or Basket) is advantageous.
