Role: Project Consultant
looking for an ambitious Project Manager / consultant to oversee the delivery of UK and international projects, with a strong focus on client management, sales, and project coordination.
OVERVIEW
A growing commercial furniture specialist. This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role for someone highly organised, numerate, and confident managing projects from enquiry through to quotation, supplier coordination, production, delivery, and aftercare. The role will involve working closely with clients, suppliers, internal teams, and senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, accurately, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial furniture, interiors, design sales, account management, or a similar B2B project-led environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initial enquiry through to delivery and completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Respond to enquiries, convert leads, and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate quotations, costings, proposals, and presentations.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams throughout the sales and delivery process.
- Track project progress, budgets, timelines, and key actions.
- Resolve any pre- or post-delivery issues professionally and efficiently.
- Keep CRM and internal systems accurate and up to date.
- Attend client meetings, showroom appointments, trade events, and presentations where required.
- Support continued revenue growth through strong service, organisation, and commercial awareness.
Required
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, project management, or business development.
- Experience within commercial furniture, interiors, hospitality, design, or a project-led sales environment.
- Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent numeracy, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
- Confident preparing quotes, managing costs, and negotiating where required.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and work well under pressure.
- Proactive, reliable, adaptable, and confident making things happen.
