London Showroom | Full-Time

An opportunity to join an internationally recognised Italian furniture brand, working within a close-knit team in its London showroom.

This is a busy, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, takes pride in getting the details right and knows how to get things done.

Working closely with the sales team, you’ll be involved in everything from preparing quotations and processing orders to coordinating deliveries and communicating with clients, suppliers and colleagues in Italy.

We’re looking for someone dependable, commercially aware and comfortable taking responsibility. Someone who can manage a busy workload, spot potential problems early and keep things moving without needing constant direction.

The Role

Preparing quotations, processing orders and managing the paperwork involved in residential and commercial furniture projects.

Coordinating orders from initial enquiry through to delivery, installation and after-sales support.

Communicating with production and logistics teams in Italy regarding lead times, availability and deliveries.

Keeping client information, project records and CRM systems accurate and up to date.

Supporting the sales team with presentations, client meetings and showroom activities.

Responding to enquiries from interior designers, architects and private clients.

Working alongside finance and operations colleagues to ensure orders and projects run smoothly.

Keeping track of deadlines, following up on outstanding information and resolving issues as they arise.

About You

We’re looking for someone who has experience in a similar environment, understands the importance of accuracy and genuinely enjoys being the person who keeps things running properly.

You’ll be organised, confident and practical in your approach, with the ability to manage several tasks without losing track of the details.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

Previous experience in sales support, order processing, administration or client services, preferably within furniture, interiors or a related industry.

Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with quotations, orders, figures and documentation.

A mature, responsible approach to work and the confidence to manage your own priorities.

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner with clients and colleagues.

The ability to stay on top of a busy workload, meet deadlines and see tasks through to completion.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and confidence using CRM systems.

An interest in furniture, interiors and design.

Italian language skills would be a real advantage, although they’re not essential.

Above all, we’re interested in someone reliable, switched-on and happy to roll up their sleeves. You don’t need to be the loudest person in the room, but you should be someone the team knows they can count on.

What’s on Offer

Competitive salary, dependent on experience.

The opportunity to work with a leading Italian furniture brand and an established London team.

A varied role with genuine responsibility and opportunities to develop.
