Role: Furniture Support Coordinator

OVERVIEW

Location: W LDN £30-35k

A leading design-led furniture business is looking for a highly organised, Support Coordinator to join its London showroom team. This is a central role supporting the sales process from enquiry through to order, delivery and after-sales care. You will work closely with clients, interior designers, suppliers and the internal sales team, ensuring every detail is handled accurately and professionally. It is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating moving parts, delivering excellent client service and keeping a busy commercial team running smoothly.

The role

  • Preparing quotations, processing orders and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting clients and designers with enquiries, product information and order updates
  • Liaising with suppliers and logistics partners on lead times, deliveries and stock
  • Assisting with deposits, invoicing, payment follow-up and order administration
  • Updating CRM and internal systems with clear, accurate information
  • Helping resolve delivery or after-sales issues in a calm, solutions-led way
  • Supporting the wider showroom and sales team during busy periods

The person

  • Experience in sales support, coordination, administration, client service or account support
  • Furniture experience is useful but not essential; transferable experience from premium retail, hospitality, property, fashion or design would be welcomed
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Confident communicating with clients, suppliers and colleagues
  • Commercially minded, proactive and reliable
  • An interest in interiors, design and high-quality products
