Help transform an already successful dealer

OVERVIEW

Location: LDN £55k

An established commercial furniture dealer is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day marketing activities and help shape how the business presents itself to the market.

London | Full-time
£50,000–£60,000 depending on experience

Working with a broad range of furniture brands, architects, interior designers and commercial clients, the company delivers furniture projects across workplace and other commercial environments.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine strong creative judgement with good organisation and an understanding of how marketing supports a sales-led business.

The Role

You will manage marketing activity across the business, working closely with sales, project and leadership teams.

The position covers a broad mix of content, digital marketing, social media, website management, events, project communications, presentations and brand activity.

You will be responsible for keeping marketing output consistent and active, while also identifying new ways to improve visibility, communicate projects and support the commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day marketing calendar and activity.
  • Create and coordinate content across LinkedIn, Instagram, the website and email.
  • Develop project case studies and other sales and marketing material.
  • Coordinate photography and content from completed projects.
  • Manage website updates and ensure content remains current.
  • Support company events, showroom activity, launches and industry events.
  • Produce presentations, credentials and other client-facing material.
  • Work with sales teams to identify projects, products and stories worth promoting.
  • Maintain consistency across brand, messaging and visual communications.
  • Coordinate external photographers, graphic designers, agencies and suppliers.
  • Support relationships and joint marketing activity with furniture manufacturers and brand partners.
  • Track marketing activity and digital performance.
  • Help develop campaigns that support new business and existing client relationships.

Your Background

You will probably already have experience in a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive, Content Manager or similar position.

Previous experience within furniture would be useful, but candidates from interiors, architecture, construction, property, workplace, hospitality or other design-related industries would also be relevant.

You should have:

  • Strong experience across marketing, content and communications.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • A good eye for design and presentation.
  • Experience managing social media and digital content.
  • The ability to manage several projects and deadlines at once.
  • Confidence working with sales and commercial teams.
  • Experience briefing and managing external creative suppliers.
  • A practical, organised and proactive approach.
  • An understanding of B2B marketing and relationship-led businesses.

About You

You are someone who is comfortable both coming up with ideas and delivering them.

You will be commercially aware, interested in the furniture and design industry and able to understand what is relevant to architects, designers, dealers, manufacturers and clients.

The role requires someone who can work independently, take ownership and keep things moving without needing a large marketing infrastructure around them.

It would suit someone looking for a broad Marketing Manager position where they can have real responsibility and continue developing their experience.
