Role: Sales Executive Furniture
Join this leading luxury furniture and design brand, renowned for its design and beautiful furniture - amazing showroom
OVERVIEW
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced furniture or interiors salesperson to join an established, design-led London showroom.
Residential & Hospitality Furniture
London | Full-time | Salary + commission
We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Executive to develop business across the residential and hospitality interiors market.
You will work with private clients, interior designers, architects, developers and hospitality businesses, developing relationships and managing projects from the first conversation through to specification, order and delivery.
This is a proper sales role.
You will inherit the strength of an established showroom and product offer, but you will also be expected to create opportunities yourself, develop new relationships and build a strong long-term client base.
The Role
You will be responsible for growing and managing your own portfolio of clients across the residential and hospitality sectors.
This will include:
- Developing new relationships with interior designers, architects, developers and private clients
- Growing existing accounts and generating repeat and referral business
- Proactively developing new business rather than relying solely on incoming showroom enquiries
- Managing the full sales journey from initial consultation through specification, quotation, ordering and after-sales
- Building strong relationships within the architecture and interior design community
- Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets
- Developing detailed knowledge of collections, materials, finishes and bespoke capabilities
- Managing your pipeline accurately through the CRM
- Working closely with sales support, operations and management to ensure projects are delivered correctly
- Representing the business at showroom events, trade events and industry functions
About You
We are looking for someone with proven sales experience within furniture, interiors, design or the wider luxury market.
You should be commercially ambitious, organised and comfortable building your own network rather than waiting for opportunities to arrive.
Ideally, you will bring:
- Previous furniture, interiors or luxury-sector sales experience
- Existing relationships within the residential and/or hospitality design community
- A strong understanding of consultative, project-led selling
- Confidence working with architects, interior designers and private clients
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Genuine motivation to win new business and develop long-term accounts
- Strong organisation and pipeline management
- A good eye for furniture, materials and design
- Confidence using CRM systems
- Professional communication skills and a strong client-facing manner
Additional languages would be advantageous but are not essential.
The Opportunity
This would suit someone who enjoys design but is fundamentally motivated by sales.
You will be joining an established London showroom with a strong product offer, existing market presence and the infrastructure to support you in developing a substantial client base.
